We would like to inform passengers and visitors of Sofia Airport that аs of 1 May 2022, parking prices will change at Sofia Airport’s two public car parks in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Details can be found here.

Level B1 of the public car parking at Terminal 2 is temporarily closed. The remaining parking levels are at your disposal. While we apologize for any inconvenience caused, we kindly ask you to observe the parking organization in place.

As of 1 May 2022 all COVID-19 related travel restrictions are lifted.

Information about travelling to different countries is published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria.

All scheduled flights arriving in the time range 8 pm–8 am will be served only at Terminal 2. This will facilitate faster processing of documents and the passing of passengers. There will be no change for flights landing on schedule before 8:00 at Terminal 1. They will not move to Terminal 2 to avoid the inconvenience of travelers and their meters and greeters. All business flights will be operated at Terminal 1.

 

Covid laboratories

For the convenience of travelers, COVID-19 testing laboratories have been set up in the public areas of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to issue the necessary travel health certificates.

The PCR test result is ready within 2 hours and the antigen test within 20 minutes. The services are available not only to arriving and departing passengers, but also to all citizens.

The public unguarded car parks at Sofia Airport are open 24 hours a day. They are situated right in front of the terminal buildings.

We would like to inform passengers and visitors of Sofia Airport that level B1 of the public car parking at Terminal 2 is temporarily closed. The remaining parking levels are at your disposal. While we apologize for any inconvenience caused, we kindly ask you to observe the parking organization in place.

Terminal 1

The car park in front of Terminal 1 is outdoors, with 400 spaces.

 

The parking prices valid from 1.05.2022 for both terminals are:

Up to 1 hour – 4 BGN

Up to 2 hours – 8 BGN

Up to 3  hours – 12 BGN

Up to 4  hours – 16 BGN

Up to 5  hours – 20 BGN

Up to 6  hours – 26 BGN

Up to 7  hours – 32 BGN

From 8 hours up to 23 hours – 36 BGN

1 day – 36 BGN

2  days – 48 BGN

3  days – 60 BGN

4  days – 72 BGN

5  days – 84 BGN

6  days – 90 BGN

7  days – 96 BGN

For every extra day –  +6 BGN per day

Terminal 2

Terminal 2 has a parking garage, which linked to the public areas of Departures and Arrivals through a covered corridor. Its capacity is 800 spaces.

 

 

The parking prices valid from 1.05.2022 for both terminals are:

Up to 1 hour – 4 BGN

Up to 2 hours – 8 BGN

Up to 3  hours – 12 BGN

Up to 4  hours – 16 BGN

Up to 5  hours – 20 BGN

Up to 6  hours – 26 BGN

Up to 7  hours – 32 BGN

From 8 hours up to 23 hours – 36 BGN

1 day – 36 BGN

2  days – 48 BGN

3  days – 60 BGN

4  days – 72 BGN

5  days – 84 BGN

6  days – 90 BGN

Prices

Penalty fee for lost ticket – 100 BGN plus the actual charges for parking the vehicle at the car park at the full rate.

  1. Name and address of the recipient (Customer)
  2. VAT number of the recipient (Customer)
  3. BULSTAT (UIC) of the recipient (Customer)
  4. Registration plate number of the vehicle entered/exited the parking
  5. Date of exiting the parking
